Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PremPR Academy platform, including courses, the PremPR Network, the News Desk, the Store, and the referral programme.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PremPR Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register; users under 18 require parental consent.
Courses & Enrolment
Course access is granted upon successful payment or through an active lifetime pass. Enrolment grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access course materials for the duration of your enrolment. You may not share, redistribute or resell course content.
PremPR Network
Network membership provides access to creator opportunities, the Press Release Wizard, and community features. Network members must comply with the Creator Code of Conduct and all applicable advertising standards. Membership may be suspended or terminated for breaches of these Terms.
News Desk & Press Releases
Content submitted via the Press Release Wizard is subject to editorial review and approval. PremPR Academy reserves the right to edit, reject or remove submitted content. Approved content becomes subject to our editorial standards and may be published on the News Desk.
Referral Programme
Referral commissions are paid in accordance with the referral terms communicated at registration. PremPR Academy reserves the right to investigate and void referrals suspected of fraud or self-referral. Commission payments are subject to verification and minimum threshold requirements.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including courses, articles, branding and software, is owned by PremPR Academy or its licensors and protected by UK intellectual property law. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitter, who grants PremPR Academy a non-exclusive licence to publish and distribute it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PremPR Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
